Merry Christmas to All!
Dear Residents,
As the festive season draws near, we want to take a moment to wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas and to thank you for your ongoing dedication to our community. We are especially grateful for your recent vote in support of the community committee, which will help ensure the continued upkeep and improvement of our neighborhood.
We’re thrilled to announce that we have reached the required majority of votes to proceed with our plans. However, we encourage those who have not yet cast their vote to do so, as every voice strengthens our community.

Our priority now is to ensure transparency, accountability, and progress in the management of our community. Our initial areas of focus will include:

We’ll be requesting a detailed breakdown of fees and a schedule of work to understand exactly what services are being provided for our contributions.Engage with EMH for Support:
We will open a dialogue to seek their input and assistance in matters affecting the estate.Clarify Responsibilities with Avant:
We aim to obtain clarification on how the estate was supposed to be left post-construction to ensure we’re starting from the right baseline.Community Website:
We’re excited to announce that we are building a new website, which we plan to launch in the new year. This platform will serve as your go-to resource for the latest news, updates, and a space to share your concerns or suggestions. Stay tuned for more details!

Ongoing Updates and Meetings
