A United Community
Following our first community meeting, several issues were raised regarding the upkeep of our estate and conflicting responses from the property management company. Together, we aim to protect the value of our homes, secure quality services, and ensure transparency in decisions that affect us all.

Clarification on Costs
We are seeking a granular breakdown of costs from the property management company, particularly for charges like the £150 "Initial Service Charge Contribution."
Clear communication is needed to ensure all residents understand where their contributions are being spent.
Accountability & Standards
Poor maintenance affects property values. We are demanding high standards with a seasonal schedule of works to track progress.
We aim to establish a system to streamline queries, avoiding multiple administration charges and conflicting responses.
Taking Back Control
If dissatisfaction persists, we will explore long-term options such as switching management companies or forming our own management structure. While this process is legally complex, it remains a serious consideration for the future.

We need your input to gauge homeowner support and participation in shaping the estate’s future. Your involvement is vital, whether you choose to join the Residents Group directly or support us from the sidelines.
